I had a great city break! The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to local markets and shops. Our room was spacious and clean, and I really loved the pool-it was perfect for cooling off after a hot day. The staff were super friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable!
On the downside, the service could be hit or miss. We faced a few issues with housekeeping and our bathroom door was broken despite asking for repairs. The Wi-Fi was also limited to two devices, and we had a problem with the fridge freezing our food. some updates are definitely needed.

Wonderful relaxing and well-maintained accommodation with attentive staff who were the ones that provided exceptional customer service. Nice hot breakfast to start the day with veges, fried rice, omelette. Early check in and late check out. Perfect and incredible location, market area, short walk to good restaurants, and the garden-beautiful, quiet, calm and serene. Honestly nothing to complain about...

I disliked all of Samoa. It was over priced. Beaches were hopeless. No coral to see. I could not recomend Samoa for a holiday!

We appreciated the convenience of the deluxe king room available with the garden, good air conditioning, balcony. Location: the hotel was short walk to local restaurants, shops, and villages, and the centre of Apia.

Well located close to main Apia business area, little choice in Apia, minor issues with hotel are ongoing issues in Samoa

I had a pleasant business trip here! The hotel is in a central location, making it super convenient for meetings. The spacious rooms are relaxing, and I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The staff at the pool bar were friendly, and the cocktails were a nice treat after a long day of work.
I did face some issues. The check-in was a bit frustrating, and I found the staff at the front desk could use some customer service training. the air conditioning was quite noisy, which made it hard to sleep. A few maintenance issues added to my stay's stress, but overall, it was a mixed experience.

I recently stayed at Tanoa for a week-long getaway, and I couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect, just a short walk to shops and the stunning sea wall. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. The restaurant may have a limited menu, but the quality of the food was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mike Singh, who made our experience even more enjoyable. The Sunday night entertainment was a good bonus, and the drinks were quite affordable too!
I strongly recommend this hotel.

Review: The hotel's gardens are fine, and the staff were genuinely friendly, always greeting guests with smiles. The proximity to local attractions and markets made exploring convenient. the food quality at the restaurant could use improvement, as it often felt underwhelming considering the hotel's potential. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-08-10}
